The second short course on human rights (Uniseb) was held at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra from July 20 to 22, 2015, coordinated by Professor Jónatas Machado, with the participation of teachers Ana Filipa Neves, Catarina Gomes, César A. Nunes, Natália Moreno and Professor Sara Moreno Pires.
