Summer Courses

The first Summer Course, organised by the HRC, was held in 1999 and, throughout the years, until 2015, these courses allowed engaged debates between the participants and human rights experts of recognised merit in Portugal and internationally. The courses also encouraged and facilitated a cultural exchange between participants arriving from several parts of the world.
